In 2022 we found this land and knew it was meant to become more than a property; a living reflection of us. Since then, each path, wall, and garden has been shaped with care, guided by a desire to blend raw nature with quiet sophistication. The work continues, with completion expected in 2025, as Olive & Vine slowly unfolds into a sanctuary of light, texture, and stillness.

Once called Pulchra Mare, “beautiful sea,” it has since taken on a name that feels closer to the earth beneath it. Olive & Vine speaks of growth, resilience, and grace; a place where time softens, and every corner tells a story of patience and renewal.
